Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and drive a customer-centric environment.
• Lead, develop, and coach store employees to achieve goals.
• Recruit top talent and manage performance.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and protect assets.
• Monitor loans, inventory, merchandising, and store systems.
• Communicate goals and results to the team and ensure standards are met.
• Ensure knowledge of products; act as manager on duty when needed.
