FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Louisiana to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, develop staff, and maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and addressing issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, and protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and safety procedures.
• Manage store processes including inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
