FirstCash in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver a customer‑centric experience. This role supports the Store Manager and helps recruit and develop staff while ensuring loss prevention and asset protection.

The position offers an hourly rate of $13.00 to $19.00 plus a commission on transactions, earned wage access after two days, a 9am–6pm schedule, paid vacation after six months, and a range of benefits including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to supervise others and work a flexible retail schedule.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promotions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and address customer issues promptly.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open and close the store, manage cash drawers, and protect company assets.
• Monitor inventory, loans, and merchandising; support asset protection and reporting.
• Drive profitability through strong communication and goal setting.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash policies and procedures.
• Assist Store Manager with loans/buy processes and customer relations.
