Qualifications

• Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly manner.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers.
• Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
