Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, mentoring staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Maintain a courteous, friendly attitude
• Stock and restock inventory
• Check vendor deliveries
• Minimum of one year retail experience
• General computer knowledge
• Complete paperwork such as shift reports, gas reconciliation, cigarette counts
• Assist in training and support the Store Manager

Additional Information

• Ability to read, write, and operate electronic sales equipment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Stand for extended periods
• Lift and bend up to 25 pounds
• Work shifts within store hours, including weekends
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
