Job summary

5.11, Inc. is opening a new Westfield Paramus location and seeks a motivated supervisor to lead our team in delivering the 5.11 EDGE customer experience.

You will oversee daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and visuals while fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, a passion for tactical outdoor gear, and a flexible schedule are required; employee discounts and competitive benefits are offered.

Pay Range:$18.00 per hour plus commission!
