Job summary

5.11, Inc. is opening a new Westfield Topanga location in Los Angeles. We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive store performance, and guide a team to meet ambitious goals while delivering exceptional 5.11 EDGE customer service.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory retail experience, with a passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear. Health, dental, and vision insurance are provided along with employee discounts on 5.11 gear.

Lead a customer first culture and empower your team to thrive! As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily operations and drive store performance. You’ll guide your team to meet ambitious goals, exceed customer expectations, and uphold the high standards that define a 5.11 store.

What You’ll Do:

Pay Range: $28.00-$32.00 per hour plus bonus
