As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side by side with the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high‑energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head‑on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
