5.11, Inc. in Westfield Paramus is seeking a Service Specialist (Sales Associate) to bring energy, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to the floor. You’ll connect customers with the gear they need and support daily store operations to keep the space organized and energized.

The Sales Associate, known in our stores as a Service Specialist, brings energy, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to the floor. You’ll create exceptional experiences, connect customers with the gear they need, and be a key part of a team that thrives on performance and purpose. Every interaction matters, you’ll share your expertise, support daily store operations, and ensure the store is organized, energized, and ready for anything. Pay Range: $15.92 per hour plus commission!
