Job summary

5.11 is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You will lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role you will oversee inventory, merchandising, visuals, and store standards while fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams.
• Ability to manage daily store operations and priorities.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and high standards.
• Passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear.

Pay Range:$18.50-$21.50 per hour plus bonus!
