5.11, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Daytona Beach location. You’ll drive store performance, guide your team to meet ambitious sales goals, and uphold the high standards that define a 5.11 store.

You will coach staff, manage inventory and merchandising, monitor metrics, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role rewards hands-on leadership, teamwork, and a passion for tactical outdoor gear, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Pay Range: $23.55 - $27.60
