5.11, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the Store Manager and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a high-energy team, manage daily store operations, and uphold standards that define a 5.11 store.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of supervisory experience, a passion for tactical outdoor gear, and a track record of teamwork and problem-solving while supporting inventory, merchandising, and visuals.

Pay Range:

$16.00-$18.50 per hour
