Job summary

5.11, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Shift Lead) to join our Albuquerque store. You will partner with Store Manager and ASM to create a high-energy, customer-first environment and drive exceptional service.

In this role you'll lead by example, support merchandising, stock, and visuals, and uphold standards of operational excellence. The position offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, adventure-driven brand.

The Sales Supervisor, (known in our stores as a Shift Lead), works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Pay Range:$15.10-$17.60 per hour
