What You’ll Do

As a Retail Store Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Retail Manager to ensure sales and customer service goals are met, foster a positive environment, and support store operations.

• Lead sales and quality initiatives, focusing on revenue growth and customer interactions.
• Partner with the Retail Manager for team development and performance coaching.
• Manage daily store operations including service, staff, maintenance, purchasing, and administrative tasks.
• Enhance customer experience by collaborating with other business lines and resolving complaints.
• Promote shared values and participate in company projects and committees.
• Prepare reports, analyze results, and develop plans for improvement.
• Engage with the community to promote the store and the AAA brand.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of business experience, including 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to obtain Notary Public designation within 6 months.
• Membership and Travel Insurance License within six months.
• Knowledge of DMV laws is preferred; must pass relevant state requirements.
• Satisfactory background screening including criminal and drug tests.
