Job summary

Sephora in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets, maintain safety, and support store operations. You will work with store leaders to implement safety strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

The role emphasizes collaboration, daily on-floor presence, and adherence to policies. Minimum 1–2 years in related fields and strong communication are required. Occasional travel to other locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness by leading meetings and training.
• Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor & investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Handle incident response with professionalism and safety focus.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora and assist in court proceedings if required.
