• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance while staying alert to concerns.
• Monitor behavior and report suspicious activity to leadership.
• Support store teams during escalated customer situations calmly.
• Assist Asset Protection Coordinators during external incidents by documenting events.
• Conduct checks of doors, alarms, and surveillance systems; report issues.
• Share safety information with teams to raise awareness.
• Model respectful, proactive behavior and encourage others.
