Job summary

Partners is seeking a Retail Asset Manager to own the full lifecycle of a mixed retail portfolio—from onboarding acquisitions through construction completion and eventual disposition. You will be the bridge between asset performance and investor reporting, working directly with our VP of Asset Management and the Partner/MD to influence investment decisions.

Ideal candidates excel in finance and accounting, possess advanced Excel skills, and are comfortable with data tools like Yardi.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting; you read financial statements fluently.
Very strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and modeling.
Experience with Yardi preferred; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
Clear communicator who can simplify complex material for any audience.

Responsibilities

Own the leasing program for retail assets: occupancy, rent performance, and pro forma execution.
Partner with Property Management, Construction Management, and Accounting to implement asset-level business plans.
Produce monthly and quarterly asset management packages with accurate cash flow and KPI reporting.
Monitor lender reporting and ensure financial data tie-outs across reports.
Support acquisitions and dispositions with financial analysis and diligence.
