You will define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve store operations, associate workflows, customer experiences, and business processes.

The ideal candidate balances strategic platform thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced retail setting, driving reliable, scalable solutions across the retail footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in retail, store systems, or enterprise tech.
• Experience delivering full product lifecycle from strategy to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve retail application capabilities for store ops and associate workflows.
• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with priorities and platform strategy.
• Prioritize backlogs balancing business value and feasibility.
• Lead release planning with engineering and business teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure data accuracy, usability, reliability, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, OMNI, Store Ops, and Loss Prevention.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
