Parker & Sons is hiring Appointment Generators to work at our retail partner store, Lowe's. This entry-level role requires no sales experience, just a great outgoing attitude and a drive to earn. You will greet customers, engage them face-to-face, and generate interest in scheduling residential HVAC maintenance and replacement appointments.

Starting at a base pay of $18.00 with additional uncapped commissions. After commissions, that can put you at anywhere between $25.00-$35.00/hr plus.

Competenze

• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
• A+ communication and customer service skills.
• Must be standing/walking or sitting for 4–8 hours at a time.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required.
• Willing to undergo background check.

Mansioni

• Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services.
• Walk throughout the stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits of the products and services while soliciting information from customers on their needs.
• Schedule an appointment for a Sales Consultant to visit the customer’s home for an estimate.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
