Parker and Sons in Arizona is hiring Sales Lead Generators to work in our retail partner stores. This entry-level role requires no prior sales experience, just a friendly, outgoing attitude and a drive to earn uncapped commissions.

You will greet customers face-to-face, promote HVAC maintenance services, and book appointments. The role offers base pay starting at $18.00 per hour with commissions, with part-time and full-time shifts, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be standing/walking or sitting for 4–8 hours at a time.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
• A+ communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone and daily access to email and text.
• Retail sales experience preferred; HVAC experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with store leadership and staff at all locations within district.
• Walk assigned store speaking to every customer regarding HVAC partnership.
• Utilize the store script to attain HVAC estimates, tune-ups and/or repair leads.
• Must be organized and follow processes to schedule customers.
• Set appointments by promoting Parker and Sons products with enthusiasm.
• Meet minimum monthly appointment targets.
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings.

Overview

Are you looking to get into sales? Work in a fun environment with uncapped commissions? Maybe you are looking for your second part-time gig? Parker and Sons has the role for you! Parker and Sons is hiring Sales Lead Generators in our retail partner stores. This is entry level and does not require sales experience, just a great, outgoing attitude, with a drive to earn as much as possible!

Our Sales Lead Generators work in the field at our partner retail locations, greeting & engaging with retail customers face-to-face, while generating interest in scheduling residential air conditioning maintenance, replacement and replacement appointments for our sales department. Starting at a base pay of $18.00 with additional uncapped commissions. After commissions, that can put you anywhere between $19.50-$30.00/hr +. We are offering part-time and full-time positions, starting at 20 hours per week. One weekend day is required and we are looking for Sunday availability.

This is not a remote or call center position.
