Parker & Sons is hiring Appointment Generators to work at our Lowes partner store. This entry-level role requires an outgoing attitude and drive to earn through uncapped commissions.

You’ll greet customers, discuss home services, and set up in-home appointments for our sales team, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules. Starting base pay is $18.00/hr with uncapped commissions, potentially reaching $25–$35/hr with commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
• A+ communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to use smartphone with email and text.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the store display and inform them about Parker & Sons products and services.
• Walk stores engaging customers about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and gather information on needs.
• Schedule in-home appointments for Sales Consultants.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend monthly trainings.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
