Job summary

adidas is seeking a NAM Assistant Manager of Data Solutions and Analytics in Portland to support the retail data foundation and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders globally. You will maintain dashboards, automate reports, and ensure data quality while partnering with finance, merchandising, and store ops teams.

The role requires SQL, Power BI, and strong BI skills, plus experience with data governance and ETL processes.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with at least 2+ years in analytics, strategy, or BI.
Experience delivering analytics projects across the data lifecycle.
Proficiency with SQL and Power BI required; Python/R a plus.
Strong Excel skills and ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support retail reporting for back-office partners, fleet and store leaders.
Create, automate and maintain dashboards and reports for consistent retail reporting.
Monitor analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-driven decisions.
Ensure data quality and governance by following best practices.
Evaluate new technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver data insights.
Work with global teams to maintain data sources and updates.
Communicate changes clearly to stakeholders and support rollout of data solutions.
Assist in training users and provide ongoing support for reporting tools.
Support change management activities during data solution transitions.
Identify trends and forecast outcomes using predictive models.
