Job summary

Adidas NAM is seeking an Assistant Manager of Data Solutions and Analytics in Portland to support the retail data foundation and deliver cutting-edge data to stakeholders. You will maintain dashboards, ensure data quality, and collaborate with global teams to drive growth in the retail fleet.

You will participate in change management, train users on new tools, and help translate business needs into data solutions. Hybrid work policy applies with in-office presence most of the week.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, CS, Statistics, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of analytics, strategy, financial planning, BI, market or customer research experience.
• SQL experience required.
• Proficiency in Power BI required.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for long periods.
• Adidas hybrid policy: office Mon-Thu with remote on Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support retail reporting for back-office partners, fleet and store leaders.
• Create, automate and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting for retail.
• Monitor analytics and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance practices.
• Recommend and evaluate new technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver data for business decisions.
• Work with global data and analytics team to maintain data sources.
• Communicate changes to stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Assist in training sessions and support teams using new reporting tools and data solutions.
• Contribute to change management during rollout or retirement of data solutions.
• Identify trends in complex data and share results to drive data-driven decisions.
• Incorporate predictive models and machine learning to forecast business outcomes.
