Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Two years of experience in Digital Analytics.
• Experience leading projects or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in eCommerce environment.
• Experience with BI, Financial, Merchandising processes, tools and KPIs.
• Experience with analytics tools and disciplines (web, eCom, or mobile).
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
• Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, and App Analytics platforms.
• Travel required domestically and internationally 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytics services to stakeholders to enable fact-based decisions.
• Generate insights from multiple data sources to inform adidas digital market strategy and drive business performance.
• Translate insights into engaging, actionable presentations for stakeholders.
• Support development of Global Digital Analytics Frameworks and Data Governance.
• Build internal and external networks and share best practices across markets.
