Job summary
Adidas seeks an Assistant Manager Digital Analytics in Portland to deliver cutting-edge analytics services that drive fact-based decisions across ecommerce and digital marketing. You will combine data from multiple sources to generate insights on consumer behavior and business performance, informing digital strategy and site development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business or related field.
- 1 year of experience with management skills including leading multiple projects.
- Experience in eCommerce environment.
- Experience with BI, Financial, Merchandising KPIs.
- Experience with analytics tools (web, eCom, or mobile).
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
- Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, and App Analytics platforms.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- Experience with market/consumer research tools (MRI Simmons or Market360).
Responsibilities
- Deliver analytics services to stakeholders to enable fact-based decisions.
- Generate insights from multiple data sources to inform consumer behavior and business performance.
- Inform adidas digital market strategy and support site development with insights.
- Develop and refine reporting structures in alignment with global frameworks.
- Translate insights into engaging, actionable presentations for stakeholders.
