Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Finance, Analytics, or similar).
• 5+ years of retail, wholesale, or apparel industry experience in analytics or planning.
• Strong analytical curiosity with the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting, ERP, and retail analytics tools.
• Collaborative communicator who partners with Sales, Merchandising, Account Management, Replenishment Planning, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales Analytics and Category Management: analyze sales, category, item, and channel performance and translate trends into actionable insights.
• Demand Planning: build dashboards, forecasts, and ladder plans; translate history and seasonality into demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Replenishment Planning to ensure forecasts reflect business strategies and marketplace signals.
