Job summary

Mad Engine Global in Frisco, TX seeks a highly analytical Retail Planner/Analyst to turn data into actionable insights across Sales, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Replenishment and Supply Chain.

You will analyze POS, sales, margin, sell-through and category performance; build forecasts, dashboards, and assortment planning tools; and partner with Sales, Merchandising, Replenishment, and Supply Chain to drive smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail, wholesale, or apparel analytics or planning.
• Experience in retail planning, sales/category analytics, assortment planning, or demand forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to translate data into compelling business insights.
• Curious, collaborative and commercially focused mindset.
