Job summary

Mad Engine Global is seeking an analytical and proactive Inventory & Replenishment Planner to support our Walmart business, ensuring the right inventory is in the right place at the right time. You will own replenishment planning, monitor in-stock performance, identify stockout risks and excess inventory, and collaborate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain and customers to align demand with supply.

This role involves hands-on forecasting and ERP-driven planning within a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, supply chain or planning experience.
• Experience in replenishment, inventory management, forecasting and/or allocation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP, planning & reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own replenishment planning & item-level inventory strategies.
• Monitor inventory, in-stock performance & product flow.
• Identify stockout risks, excess inventory & replenishment opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Production, Supply Chain & customer teams.
• Support SIOP planning and align demand with inventory & supply.
