Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, wholesale, or apparel industry experience.
• Strong analytical curiosity with ability to turn data into insights and narratives.
• Collaborative communicator who partners with Sales, Merchandising, Account Management, Replenishment Planning, and supply chain teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytics hub for sales, category, item, and channel performance across the omni-channel business.
• Translate POS, margin, sell-through, distribution, availability, and productivity trends into clear, actionable insights.
• Support strategic assortment decisions by identifying category shifts, whitespace opportunities, item productivity, customer demand, and channel-specific performance trends.
