Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years analytics, modeling, or reporting experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years in analytics, modeling, or reporting.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, customer, financial, and risk data to identify trends, drivers, opportunities and risks.
• Develop KPI frameworks, scorecards, dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support forecasting, planning and business performance management activities.
