Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a strategic Senior Allocator to own end-to-end allocation across the retail fleet, translating seasonal buy plans into store-level execution. You will lead size curve analysis, inventory management, and exit strategies, influencing planning, merchandising, and logistics to protect margin and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in retail allocation, replenishment, or merchandise planning in fashion or apparel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Finance, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Proven ability to develop and own allocation strategy across a multi-door retail fleet, including store clustering, size curve development, and replenishment program management.
• Deep understanding of retail math: sell-through, weeks-of-supply, stock-to-sales ratios, IMU, and inventory productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end allocation strategy for the SKIMS retail fleet, translating seasonal buy plans into store-level execution.
• Develop and maintain store clustering and attribute frameworks to drive differentiated assortments and optimize inventory productivity.
• Lead size curve analysis across the fleet to improve allocation accuracy and reduce size imbalances.
• Manage inventory levels by door based on capacity, seasonality, and selling curves; address stock liabilities and opportunities.
• Lead in-season inventory management, replenishment, inter-store transfers, consolidations, and markdown timing proposals.
• Own exit strategy development for seasonal and aging inventory by door; align with Planning and Merchandising on clearance timing and consolidation.
