Job summary
ICON Consultants, LP is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist in San Francisco to support advertising for Retail and Grocery brands. You will manage search and sponsored listing campaigns and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive ROAS and advertiser growth.
The role requires 3+ years in Ad Operations, strong experience with sponsored products/listings, and a data-driven approach to optimization across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years in Ad Operations, AdTech, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign management: setup, trafficking, QA, monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor performance and optimize toward ROAS and other advertiser KPIs.
- Manage a high volume of campaigns across ad servers, sponsored products platforms, and ad tech.
- Execute multi-tier campaigns across buying strategies, audiences, and formats.
- Partner with Partner Managers on insights, optimization, and strategy.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and grow advertiser investment.
- Support offshore team coordination alongside the Ad Ops Manager.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve process and advertiser experience
