Newell Brands’ Yankee Candle in Knoxville seeks a Retail 2nd Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and profitable top-line sales. You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure store standards are executed with integrity and ownership.

You’ll contribute to onboarding, staff development, and daily operations while driving customer loyalty and adherence to company selling strategies.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
