Job summary

LA28 seeks a Manager, Planning Venue Technology to lead the integration and planning of technology services across Olympic venues in Los Angeles. You will manage the Venue Technology Implementation Plan, coordinate with multiple functional areas, and ensure on-time delivery of AV and technology services for the Games.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technology project management experience (or 3+ years in program management), a PM qualification, and advanced Smartsheet proficiency; Tableau

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Formal project/program management qualification required (e.g., Prince2, MSP, PMI).
• 5+ years in technology project management or 3 years in program management.
• Proven ability to manage tasks and timelines with precision.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support program management and reporting for Venue Technology Services (VTS).
• Produce regular internal communications and venue technology updates.
• Maintain and update the Venue Technology Implementation Plan.
• Monitor departmental workflows to keep teams on task and projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with Telecoms, Service Delivery, Results and Cyber Security teams.
• Oversee day-to-day VTS administrative operations and ensure documentation compliance.
• Provide admin support across VTS functions including change control and logistics.
• Manage a small team of direct reports delivering support to the wider VTS team.
