Job summary

Capital Group in Los Angeles seeks a Results Manager in Investment Operations to lead North America’s core return and attribution data processes. You will coach a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and ensure data accuracy through robust controls.

You will partner with Investment Groups, Risk, Data Office and Legal to resolve complex issues, shaping Global Results’ strategic direction and enabling scalable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, economics or related quantitative field.
• CFA or CIPM credentials preferred.
• At least five years of analytical or quantitative experience.
• Experience in investment management or global finance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
