Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Portfolio Implementation and Compliance Analyst in Southern California to ensure timely and accurate investment of Client and Shareholder assets. You will be the expert on funds and client accounts, aligning portfolios with guidelines while collaborating with Legal, client guidelines specialists, and portfolio tech teams to maximize efficiency.

You will work largely independently on assignments, leading or joining projects, and applying automation tools to scale

• Participate or lead team and department-level projects leveraging technology and automation tools to scale operations and support business growth including process engineering initiatives.
• Partner with Legal and client guidelines specialists to ensure ongoing compliance for investment portfolios.
• Work with portfolio specialists and technology professionals to maximize portfolio alignment, reduce risk and drive efficiencies.
• Work independently on most assignments and under the direct supervision of senior staff on more complex scenarios, projects, analyses and tasks.

You will work independently on most assignments and under the direct supervision of senior staff on more complex scenarios, projects, analyses and tasks.
