Job summary

Capital Group in Southern California is seeking a Results Manager in Investment Operations to lead North America’s core return and attribution data workflows with accuracy and timeliness.

You will coach and develop a high‑performing team, drive operational excellence and transformation, and partner across Investment Operations, the Client and Investment Groups, Global Risk Management, Enterprise Data Office, Legal and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, economics or a related quantitative field.
• CFA or CIPM preferred.
• At least five years of experience in an analytical or quantitative business role.
• Familiarity with investment management, brokerage or global finance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and process optimization skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• High service orientation and integrity.

In partnership with the Global Results Leadership team, you will advance the “Global Results 2031” goals of greater system integration, stronger data management and improved insights.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
