Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a TRS Senior Associate to lead and train a team in bankruptcy and restructuring engagements, including litigation and financial due diligence. You will work under a TRS Principal, Director or Senior Manager to deliver high-quality analyses and strategic recommendations.

The role requires strong financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and the ability to collaborate with debtors, creditors and buyers while navigating complex regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field required.
• Three+ years of experience with a national restructuring firm or equivalent.
• Strong financial analysis and complex modeling skills including cash flow forecasts and due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Executes, leads and trains a team of TRS Staff in restructuring engagements.
• Partners with Principals and decision-makers on engagements.
• Collaborates with debtor clients in restructuring and Chapter 11 scenarios.
