Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced restructuring and turnaround professionals to train AI models on professional presentations and slide decks. You will craft and refine lender and creditor-facing materials, including 13-week cash flow exhibits and turnaround plan decks, working remotely with flexible hours.

The role requires 4+ years in restructuring advisory, expert PowerPoint skills, and top-notch written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in restructuring, turnaround, or distressed advisory.
• Experience producing lender and creditor-facing materials under time pressure.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop 13-week cash flow exhibits, lender update decks, turnaround plan presentations, creditor committee materials, and situation overviews.
• Deliver high-quality decks under tight deadlines with precise writing and visuals.

Job description

Pay: $100/hr, up to $2k/week

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced restructuring and turnaround professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.We're looking for advisors with 4+ years at a restructuring advisory firm or distressed-focused practice to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: 13-week cash flow presentation exhibits, lender update decks, turnaround plan presentations, creditor committee materials, and situation overview decks.
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
