Ethos is seeking experienced restructuring professionals to help train AI models with lender and creditor-facing presentations. You will craft, refine, and deliver high-quality slides under tight deadlines for 13-week cash flow decks, lender updates, and turnaround materials.

This remote, flexible role offers $100 per hour for 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start. Candidates should have 4+ years in restructuring advisory and exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship and written communication.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced restructuring directors who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for directors with 4+ years at a restructuring advisory firm or distressed-focused practice to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: 13-week cash flow presentation exhibits, lender update decks, turnaround plan presentations, creditor committee materials, and situation overview decks.
