Ethos is seeking an experienced restructuring professional to help train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across lender and creditor-facing decks under tight deadlines.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week and a compensation of $100 per hour. 4+ years in restructuring or distressed advisory is required, along with expert PowerPoint craftsmanship and meticulous written communication.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced restructuring managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for managers with 4+ years at a restructuring advisory firm or distressed-focused practice to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: 13-week cash flow presentation exhibits, lender update decks, turnaround plan presentations, creditor committee materials, and situation overview decks.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
