Candidates should have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000.

Qualifications

• Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings or special situations financings.
• Experience on high-profile restructurings including Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Responsibilities

• Work on market-leading Business Restructuring & Reorganisation representations for clients.
• Represent hedge funds, CLOs, PE funds and other financial institutions in restructurings.
