You will advise creditors and borrowers including hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and financial institutions in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings, contributing to top-tier capital-structure work.

Competenze

• Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings.

Mansioni

• Associates will work on high-profile representations at the top of the capital structure in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
