Candidates should have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000.

Job Summary

We are seeking a finance associate in law school class years 2019 through 2023 to join our market leading Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. Candidate should have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings. Associates will have the opportunity to work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations, including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
