You will bring significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, and related restructurings, with exposure to hedge funds, CLOs, PE funds and other financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings.
• Law school class years 2019–2023

Responsibilities

• Work on high-profile representations at the top of the capital structure, including hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
