The role requires significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings.

You will handle top-of-the-capital-structure representations for hedge funds, CLOs, PE funds and other financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings.
• Associates will work on high-profile, top-of-the-capital-structure representations for clients such as hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-profile representations in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
• Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in restructuring matters.
