Qualifications

• 2–4 years of complex litigation experience at a leading law firm.
• Background in commercial, securities, bankruptcy or other sophisticated litigation.
• Bankruptcy experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex bankruptcy and restructuring litigation.
• Take ownership of substantive workstreams within high-stakes disputes.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Prepare and examine witnesses.
• Participate directly in case strategy and decision-making.
• Gain opportunities to appear and argue in court.
• Manage sophisticated discovery and document productions.
• Analyze large and complex factual recordsi>.
• Work closely with witnesses, experts and broader litigation teams.
• Research complex legal issues and draft motions, briefs and memoranda.
• Support significant bankruptcy cases, investigations and related disputes.
