Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and core modeling/valuation experience.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, accounting, consulting, private equity, hedge funds or corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management and execution on advisory and financing transactions.
• Perform due diligence of companies and manage information requests.
• Analyze market trends, liquidity, and capital structure to identify client solutions.
• Prepare financial projections and client presentations; review and present findings.
• Develop and present strategic ideas from analyses to stakeholders.
• Contribute to deal pitches and identify restructuring and financing opportunities.
• Build and develop relationships with clients through ongoing engagement.
• Manage and develop junior staff.
