Job description

Position Summary

Guggenheim Securities’ Capital Structure Advisory Group is a leading advisor to companies, investors and other stakeholders navigating complex financial situations and financial distress. The Capital Structure Advisory Group is a critically important strategic initiative for Guggenheim Securities, which in 2018 acquired Millstein & Co., a leading advisor to companies, investors, sovereigns and municipalities and other constituencies in special situations involving financial distress. The Capital Structure Advisory Group offers an unparalleled opportunity to work as part of small client teams on major liability management, restructuring, and financing assignments. Associates will work on a range of assignments including both Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court transactions.
