Ideal candidates hold an MBA with CPA/CFA/CIRA and have demonstrated ability to secure complex engagements, manage multiple work streams, and drive superior outcomes for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of direct restructuring investment banking experience at a leading national firm.
• Extensive experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and capital markets transactions.
• Experience in turnaround/restructuring advisory and crisis management (debtors, creditors, bankruptcy, etc.).
• Ability to rapidly synthesize unstructured information and drive deep insights.
• Proven track record leading engagements and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide restructuring advisory services focusing on distressed and underperforming companies.
• Lead market development and originate new clients across service offerings.
• Source new clients through networking and marketing strategies.
• Develop balance sheet restructuring strategies and analyze root causes to maximize recoveries.
• Negotiate debt amendments, forbearances, and various restructuring transactions.
• Coordinate execution plans with stakeholders and manage engagements end-to-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and strategy.
• Oversee analysis work including financial models, cash flows, and stakeholder waterfalls.
